Fandom: QAF (very AU, as you can imagine; major character death) - “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald”, written and sung by Gordon Lightfoot. The ship SS Edmund Fitzgerald sank in a storm on Lake Superior on November 10, 1975. None of the 29 persons aboard were ever found.
Fandom: Queer as Folk - The first story in this series is “Hotel California”, based on the song written by Don Henley, Glenn Frye and Don Felder; and sung by The Eagles - one of the all time great groups.
