Notes: This came to me out of nowhere and I hope that you enjoy it. Thanks to Lois for her excellent work as always. To Misty, damn you're here at the beginning again. And to RICHARD for making me laugh when I don't think I can find a silver lining anywhere. I love you dearly.

"Brian Andrew Kinney, get down here now!" His mother's voice echoed through the house, just as it did every Sunday morning he was late for church. At seventeen years old Brian hated church almost as much as he hated his parents.
Taking the steps two at a time, he fumbled with his tie as he ran. Jack wouldn't be happy if he were late to Sunday School and Brian didn't feel like hearing a lecture today of all days. Grabbing his jacket, he ran down the front steps and climbed in next to his sister, managing to slam the door before she pulled out onto the street.
Another boring fucking Sunday spent listening to Jack Kinney go on and on about morals and good Christian values. He'd much rather be home smoking a joint and jerking off to Dirty Dancing again, Brian thought to himself.
Feeling the tightening of his cock he quickly thought of something else. No need getting Joan all worked up this morning. He was out of the car before Claire even had it in park and crossed the parking lot looking for Michael.
Michael was one of the few good things about church. Well Michael and the fact that no one dare mess with Brian since he was the preacher's son and all. Spotting his best friend, he sprinted across the remaining distance and put an arm around the smaller boy, pressing a light kiss to his forehead.
Michael pulled away and looked around, "Damnit Bri, you have to be more careful."
"What?" Brian asked innocently and smiled tongue in cheek at his best friend's red face.
"You know what. What if your dad had seen? You know what would happen then."
"Yeah, I'd get another black eye and have to run to your house just to live through the night."
"Then why do you do stuff like that when you know he's around?"
"Because I'm not ashamed of who I am Mikey, and you shouldn't be either. Fuck, Mikey, your mom was thrilled to find out you're a homo."
"Shhh, Brian." Michael once again looked nervously around before turning back to his friend. "Look, let's get inside. If we're late to class again, your dad will have your head."
"Not the important one," Brian teased as he slid an arm around his friend and headed into the back of the building where the Sunday School classes were held.
Mr. Walters shot them both a look of disapproval as they slid into their seats and opened their workbooks. Brian smiled back at him with that smile that could irritate even the most patient man and looked down at the magazine he'd hidden in the pages of his book.
After Sunday School came the torture for Brian. He had to sit in that congregation and listen to Jack Kinney go on and on about the word of God. Brian hated every second because he knew deep inside that God wouldn't approve of the way Jack Kinney beat him for the slightest little thing. Brian had learned early on in life that his father was a hypocrite of the worst kind and he was counting the days until he turned eighteen and could escape the Hell he lived in.
He'd been working at the corner market since he was fifteen and had saved up several thousand dollars. He'd lied to Jack about his paychecks, mainly because if Jack knew how much his son really made, he would've taken every cent. So every Friday for almost three years now, Brian had snuck off to the bank and deposited a good sixty percent into an account before heading home to give Jack his share.
As soon as the service was over, Brian tried to make his escape, hoping to catch a ride to Michael's for lunch. He had just about slipped out unnoticed when he heard Jack calling to him.
"Brian, come over here and meet our newest members, the Taylors."
Brian sighed deeply and stared out in disappointment at Micheal climbing into his mother's car and leaving. His shoulders sagging, Brian turned with a smile to meet the Taylors. As his eyes settled on the blond standing before him, he felt that all too familiar tightening in his pants and licked his lips absentmindedly.
He listened as his father introduced the family, never taking his eyes off of the blond.
"And this is Justin. He'll be starting school on Monday and I told Mr. and Mrs. Taylor that you'd be happy to show him around school and help him out with anything he needs."
"Sure, Dad." Turning to Justin, he smiled, knowing that if his senses were right this could turn out to be a good day after all and asked him if he was busy that afternoon. "I thought maybe you'd like to see the town. There really isn't much to do here, but the arcade isn't bad."
"That's a good idea, Brian, but maybe Justin should get settled in before school tomorrow."
"You're right Dad. Some other time?" He posed the question to Justin, waiting impatiently for an answer.
"If it's okay, I'd like to go today." The boy turned to his mother seeking her approval and receiving it, turned back to Brian flashing him a smile that lit up the whole sky.
"Very well then, since it's okay with Mrs. Taylor, I don't see why you couldn't give Justin here a quick tour of our little town. Be home in time for supper Brian."
"Debbie invited me over there for dinner, Dad. Michael and I need to finish a project for Chemistry."
"It's a school night, Brian."
"I know but the formula isn't right and if we don't fix it tonight we'll get an F."
"Well don't be too late, your mother will worry. Now run along and don't keep Justin out too long either."
Brian sighed with relief and took off down the stairs not waiting to see if the kid was following. As soon as he turned the corner and was out of sight of the church he pulled a pack of Camels from his pocket and took a deep drag.
Justin caught up and reached up and took the cigarette out of his mouth and took a drag as well. "So what the fuck do you do in this town for fun?"
"Depends on what kinda fun you wanna have."
Brian watched the emotions that crossed his new friend's face and waited just a moment before leaning down to kiss those full pouty lips that he'd been longing to taste for too long now.
Justin pushed him away angrily. "What the fuck are you doing?"
"Kissing you like your eyes have been begging me to since the moment you saw me."
"I'm not some fag."
"Ah, you're one of those. I bet you've been told all your life that being different is a sin and you'll go straight to Hell. Well you know what, they're wrong Sunshine, being different is a good thing. They're the ones going to Hell for using the word of God to teach Hate."
"You're fucking crazy, Kinney."
"No, I'm just being the best homosexual I can be in this fucked up town. But someday soon I'm gonna get out of here and go where fags are accepted."
"Like that'll ever happen."
Brian leaned in again and pulled the smaller man closer, wrapping him in an embrace and pushing his lips open with his tongue. He felt Justin relax in his arms and then he kissed him back. Brian was never wrong about this kind of thing and he knew that before long he'd have this beautiful creature willingly in his bed.
