In The Company Of Men Pt. I
"It was like a scene from an Alfred Hitchcock movie yesterday when a flock of geese attacked a 5yr old boy at Chicago's Lincoln Park Zoo. Witnesses say that the attacked was sparked when Gus Kinney attempted to feed the flock of wild birds. A spokesperson for the zoo said that even though there are visible signs posted all over the park warning visitors not to feed the animals, most people ignore them. The child was taken to a nearby hospital, and released with only minor injuries. "
"LINZ GET IN HERE QUICK! THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT GUS ON THE NEWS!"
"What?" Lindsey peeked her head inside the kitchen.
"Gus was attacked by a flock of geese! That faggot allowed Gus to get hurt. I told you not to leave him with Brian. He dumped him off with that latest trick of his, and now look what's happened." Melanie hyperventilated.
"Geese? Sweetheart calm down, you're hearing things." Lindsey chuckled.
"The hell if I am, I'm not crazy! I know what I heard, and I resent being called a liar!" Melanie took offense.
"Mel no one is calling you a crazy, or a liar. I'm only suggesting that maybe you heard wrong." Lindsey said.
"We have one way to know for sure. Get Brian on the phone." Melanie demanded.
"It's 7:00 in the morning. They're probably still asleep." Lindsey pointed out.
"Fuck it, I'll do it myself!" Melanie grabbed the kitchen phone, and pushed the speed dial button for Brian's cell phone.
"Sweetheart, don't you think you're overreacting?" Lindsey gently suggested. "Brian would have called us if something serious had happened to Gus."
"Overreacting? The news said that Gus had to be taken to the hospital, and since when has Brian Kinney cared about anything other than his own dick?" Melanie continued to hold the phone to her ear. "Shit, he's not picking up. I keep getting his damned answering service!"
"I told you they're probably still asleep." Lindsey said again.
Melanie slammed the telephone receiver down, and reached for Pittsburgh's Yellow Pages telephone directory. "What time does the next flight leave for Chicago? If you don't care enough about our son, then I'll go, and get him myself." She thumbed through the pages.
Lindsey closed her eyes for a moment, and took a deep cleansing breath. "Mel, I understand that you're still grieving over Jenny Rebecca. We both are, but we can't project that grief onto Gus. Brian was right to take Gus with him to Chicago. Gus doesn't understand all of our adult grieving rituals. He just wants to be a little boy, and continue to live his life." she said.
Melanie stopped, and looked up at Lindsey. "Why is it that you're always on his side about everything? I'm your wife, not him. For once can't you take a stand with me? I'm beginning to wonder if the real reason you settled for me is because you knew you couldn't have Brian."
"Mel, I don't have time for this insanity right now. I'm late for work." Lindsey draped her purse over her shoulder, and picked up her keys.
"That's it isn't it?" Melanie continued. "You don't want me. What you really want is a traditional mother, father, and child hetero relationship. Isn't that right Linz?"
"We'll have to continue this discussion when I come home tonight." Lindsey headed for the backdoor.
"I may not be here when you get home tonight!" Melanie called after her.
Melanie waited until Lindsey's car had pulled out of the driveway before dialing Brian's number again. This time, after several rings there was finally an answer. "Hello." Gus yawned.
"GUS! Sweetheart, baby, this is mommy Mel. How are you?"
"Hi mom. I'm ok." Gus yawned again.
"I heard you got hurt " Melanie said.
"Yeah. I fell running from the geese, and hit my head." Gus rubbed the sleep from his eyes.
"YOU FELL? Why wasn't anyone with you? Where was Justin, wasn't he suppose to be watching you?"
"He was with Tony. Is my mom there?" Gus asked.
"No sweetheart, Lindsey's gone to work. Where's Brian?"
Gus looked over on the other side of the bed, then around the room. "He's not here. Maybe he's in Tony's room. Do you want me to go get him?" he asked.
"Yes. Go and get him right now." Melanie growled.

Justin closed his eyes, and leaned back further into Tony's arms as the last of Tony's monster slid deep inside his smooth, warm manhole. "Oooo, what a hott boy we've got here Brian. Have you ever seen such a hott boy?" Tony cooed.
"No, no I haven't." Brian lifted Justin's cock, and traced his tongue along its dorsal side.
"Hummm." Justin moaned.
"How does he taste?" Tony asked.
Brian flicked his tongue across the swollen head, and sampled the clear, oozing nectar. "He's sweet, just like honey. How does his ass feel?" Brian lifted his head to ask.
Tony pumped his hips ever so casually. "Like a vice. His ass is like a tight vice clamped around my dick." he hissed.
"Hummm." Justin moaned again.
"Tony."
"Yes Precious."
"He loves it when you pull your dick all the way back, until just the head is still inside his ass, then slide it all the way back in." Brian said.
"You mean like this?" Tony withdrew his cock half way, then eased it back inside Justin's hole.
"Ooooh!" Justin groaned.
"Deeper, he likes it deeper, and faster." Brian instructed.
"You mean like this?" Again Tony withdrew his cock, this time only leavening its massive head inside. With a quick thrust of his hips, he plunged deep inside Justin's ass.
"Oh God!" Justin gasped.
"Yeah. That's it." Brian panted.
"Brian."
"Yes Tony."
"Why don't you suck his balls, while I play with his nipples." Tony rolled the pink buds between his fingers.
"Oooooo." Justin squirmed.
Brian opened wide, and took not one, but both pink jewels inside his mouth
"Hey pop! Are you in there!" Gus rattled the doorknob. "Tony is my pop in there?"
Shit! "What is it Gus? Daddy's busy right now!" Brian called to his son from between Justin's legs.
"Mommy Mel is on the phone. She wants to talk to you." Gus delivered the message.
"Tell her I'll call her back!" Brian said.
"She wants to talk to you right now." Gus insisted.
"You go take care of that baby papa, and I'll stay here, and take care of this one." Tony grinned.
"Fuck you."
Brian reluctantly crawled out of bed, and wrapped his robe around him in a futile attempt to hide the raging hard-on tenting the silky material. By now Tony had already rolled Justin over onto his belly. Brian looked on longingly at Tony's ass moving up, and down underneath the Egyptian white sheets.
"Are you coming pop?" Gus called again.
"Here I come Sonny-boy." Brian slightly opened the bedroom door, and eased out into the hall.
Gus attempted to peek inside. "Hey pop, were you asleep?"
"No I wasn't asleep." Brian closed the bedroom door behind him.
"Is Justin, and Tony up?" Gus asked.
"Yeah, they're up alright." Brian turned his son in the direction of the guest bedroom,
and went to take Melanie's call. "Good Morning Mel."
"I'm sorry. Did I interrupt your morning fuck?" Melanie asked dryly.
"As a matter of fact you did, so this better be important." Brian said.
"What have you done to Gus?" Melanie barked.
"What do you mean? He's sitting right here, you just talked to him." Brian looked over at his son.
"I saw the evening news. You let him get attacked by a flock of geese? I can't believe you Brian! What kind of father are you?"
"Hey! I was in Pittsburgh with Michael when that happened .." Brian attempted to defend himself, but Mel interrupted him.
"That's exactly my point." She pointed out. "You left your son with a trick, and he let Gus to get hurt!"
"Justin, and Tony aren't tricks. Why the fuck am I talking to you? Where's Lindsey?" Brian asked.
"This isn't about Lindsey." Melanie growled. "You've already got her brainwashed. This is about you, and me, and the safety of my son."
"YOUR SON?"
"That's right MY SON. The same one you didn't have time for, and signed over your parental rights to." Melanie reminded him. "As his LEGAL parent I'm telling you that I want Gus home, and I want him home today!"
"I've already talked to Lindsey. Justin, and I are flying back to Pittsburgh on Saturday morning. Gus will be home on Saturday night." Brian said.
"Those plans have changed." Melanie hissed. "Today is Thursday. There's a plane leaving Chicago for Pittsburgh in two hours. Gus had better be on it, or I'm calling the police to have you arrested for kidnapping."
"Kidnapping?" Brian was about to defend his position when he heard the loud slam of Melanie's telephone receiver on the other end of the line. "Stupid cunt."
"What's the matter pop?" Gus asked cautiously.
"Your mommy Mel has lost her mind." Brian bit his tongue to control his rage.
"Is she still crying about Jenny Rebecca?" Gus assumed as much.
"Yeah." Brian said.
"Does she want me to come home?" Gus was almost afraid to ask.
"Yeah."
"Awww, Pop I don't want to go home. You said we were going to Great America today!" Gus whined.
"What am I suppose to do Gus? Your mom wants you at home." Brian attempted to explain.
"But you're my pop. Why can't I stay here with you, and Justin, and Tony? I don't like being around the women. I want to be with the men." Gus stated his case.
"It's not that simple Gus "
"Why not? You said yourself that we're stronger than they are. You lied!" Gus began to cry.
Brian purposely avoided looking into his son's eyes. The disappointment in his voice was heart wrenching enough. Other than an occasional sleepover when Melanie, and Lindsey needed a night alone, Brian's participation in Gus's life had been ceremonious to say the least. Birthday parties, father/son luncheons, career day at school ie: anything that required a person with a dick was when Lindsey would call him. This week at Tony's house was Brian's first real experience at parenting, and much to his surprise, he was loving it way more than he ever anticipated that he would.
Brian finally looked over at Gus. "Go brush your teeth, and get dressed. I'll go get Justin, and Tony. We're going to Great America." he said.
