October Frost

October Frost

Brian was headed back to his office following his monthly senior management meeting when Gardner Vance caught a glimpse of his award winning add-man. He hurried to catch up with him. “Brian, how did things go.Gardner asked.

“Things would go better if you’d hired some talent to work with me.” Brian said.

Gardner
ignored the sarcasm, and briefed Vanguard’s finest as he walked along beside him. “I just got off of the phone with Leo Brown.” he said. “Mr. Brown is sending some samples of his new summer line for you to look over before you begin working on their new add campaign. Launch date will be May first. We want to see pictures of Brown Athletics summer gear plastered all across the country by the end of June. The samples should be here by the end of the week. You and Kevin have approximately five months to come up with something brilliant.”

Brian inwardly cringed at the mention of Kevin’s name.

“Kevin will be here to work with you the first week in March. Also, leave your calendar open for the first week in February. Leo has invited you to come to
Chicago to get a firsthand feel of their operation, and see the new spring line in its entirety.”

Will do.” Brian said.

The two men arrived at Brian’s office door.
Gardner turned, and was about to walk away when he had an after thought. “Oh Brian, I forgot to mention that Kevin sends his best.” he said.

Brian closed the door to his office, and took a seat behind his desk. His mind flashed back to the sight of Justin standing at the top of Tony’s landing in
Chicago. Even from the bottom of the long staircase Brian could see the reddened marks on the side of his baby’s face, and neck. Closer inspection later on that evening revealed even more of Kevin’s sadistic handiwork. Justin had tried to play down the assault by ignoring the bruises, and he never mentioned the trick who  hurt him. Brian didn’t bring up the subject either. He didn’t dare to let on that he had a history with his baby’s assailant.

“Brian, Michael is on line one.” Cynthia announced over the speaker phone.

Brian was grateful for the interruption. “Hey Mikey.” He leaned back in his chair.

“Are you busy?” Michael asked.

“I’m always busy. What’s up?”

“I just wanted to know if you were coming to
Babylon tonight. Tonight is the “Pecs of Death” contest.”

“I had forgotten all about it.” Brian suddenly recalled. “I’ll see if Justin wants to go.”

“Doesn’t he have classes tomorrow?”

“We won’t stay long.”

“What’s the use of going if you can’t stay for the contest. Hell, the contest doesn’t even begin until
midnight. Why don’t you leave your baby at home tonight?” Michael suggested. “When was the last time you went out, and had some fun?”

“I have fun at home.” Brian reminded him.

“Are you coming or not?” Michael insisted.

“I’ll be there.” Brian promised.

Brian ended his day with a call from Justin reminding him to pick up his prescription at the drug store on the way home, and while he was there to pick up some wine to go with dinner. Justin rarely worked at the diner on Monday nights, and Brian had come to expect his weekly serving of one of Justin’s homemade sauces, with pasta. Again Justin adjusted the place settings on the dining area table, and repositioned the fresh floral arrangement center piece. The pasta was ready, and the meat sauce was simmering on the stove. Justin sampled one last taste. “Perfect.” He said, and turned the pot off. Justin made a final inspection of the loft.
After spending all afternoon cleaning, and doing the laundry, everything was polished, and in place. Brian would be so surprised.

He proceeded to the bathroom, stopping momentarily in the bedroom to swipe a wrinkle away on an otherwise perfectly made bed. The towels in the bathroom were hanging neatly on the warmer rack, and the scent of sandalwood (Brian’s favorite) permeated from a newly opened box of Caswell Massey soap that was
placed in the soap dish. “Massey.” Justin looked at his reflection in the bathroom cabinet mirror. He brushed away a wisp of hair from his forehead, and then trailed his fingers along the chain around his neck, and down to Brian’s medallion. Justin looked at the circle of pave diamonds, and the B/J inscription. He then flipped the medallion over to its smooth side, and ran his thumb over the tiny, secret heart that Tony had engraved there. “You’re already mine.” Justin heard Tony’s voice whisper somewhere in the back of his mind.

“Where are you partner? Your partner is home.” Brian announced.

Justin hurried to the front, stopping short at the top of the bedroom steps. “Hey partner, welcome home.” he smiled.

Brian laid his briefcase down on the desk, and waited for his proper homecoming. Justin darted across the room, and leaped into his lover’s arms, locking his legs around Brian’s waist, and his arms around his neck. “Ummmm, your face is cold.” Justin kissed him.

“It’s cold outside.” Brian informed him.

“I fixed pasta with meat sauce, that should warm you up.” Justin said.

“Don’t you have anything hotter?” Brian flirted.

“I might.” Justin smiled

The young man eased out of his lover’s embrace, and removed Brian’s suit jacket. He placed it on the desk’s leather chair, and then slowly undid his shirt and tie. Brian’s cock was already straining with anticipation when Justin slid his belt from around his waist. Brian eagerly stepped out of his shoes, unfastened the clasp on his trousers, and pushed the tailored garment past his knees to the floor. Justin pulled his lover close, and rolled his hips against Brian’s crouch  “Fucking tease.” The older man hissed, and kicked aside the pool of clothing that had gathered beneath him.

Justin circled his tongue around Brian’s nipple, taunting the pink bud to attention. “You know you love it when I tease. Tell me that you love it.” the hot boy sizzled.

Ummmm, I love it.” Brian squirmed.

Justin slid his lover’s briefs past his knees, and knelt down into position. Brian watched as his dick slowly disappeared into his baby’s mouth, then gingerly begin to glide between his plump red lips. Oooh yeah.” Brian moaned. “Shit!” The telephone began to ring. “Yeah, what is it?” Brian reluctantly answered.

“Hey, I’m closing up the shop now. Do you want to meet at Woody’s for a drink.” Michael asked from the other end of the line.

Oooooh, I can’t come now.” Brian stroked his fingers through Justin’s hair.

“You’re still coming to
Babylon tonight aren’t you?.........Brian.”

Yeah.”

“Yeah what?”

Justin looked up at his lover, and smiled. Still holding Brian’s cock between his teeth, he teased the swollen head with whisks of his tongue. Ahhhh!” Brian gasped.

“Brian, are you listening to me?”

“What is it Michael?”

“It’s “
Pecs Of Death” night tonight at Babylon, remember?”

“What?”

“Will you take your dick out of Justin’s mouth long enough to talk to me please?”

Brian watched as Justin stood up and headed to the bedroom, adding an extra sway to his signature walk. The hot boy paused momentarily to look over his shoulder, and flash his lover a come hither smile. “I have go Mikey.” Brian salivated.

“What about tonight?”

Can’t make it.” Brian hung up the phone.

Michael closed up his shop, and headed to Woody’s where he found Emmett, and Ted leaning over the bar, and going over some papers. “I can’t do that.” Emmett protested.

“Of course you can.” Ted disagreed. “I’ll hang the lighting over here, and you can aim that million dollar cock of yours this way.” Ted pointed to his rough sketches.

“Hey guys, what’s happening?” Michael asked.

“Teddy thinks I’m some kind of contortionist. He wants me to put my leg way up there.” Emmett pointed to Ted’s drawing.

“It’ll be great, that way I can get a close up of his balls during the cum shot as well. It would make a great shot, the Jerk At Work viewers would love it. What do you think?” Ted asked Michael.

Michael signaled for the bartender, and changed the subject. “Is anyone going to
Babylon tonight? Tonight is the “Pecs Of Death” contest.” he reminded his friends.

“Oh shit, I forgot.” Emmett said.

“Sorry Michael, but Em has a
ten o’clock viewing, an eleven o’clock, and a midnight special to perform tonight.” Ted said.

“Sorry sweetie. What about Brian? He loves pecs of death.” Emmett suggested.

“He’s too busy ramming his dick down Justin’s throat.”

Ted’s eyes widened. “God, I’d love to get that on camera. Can you imagine how that would sell?” he speculated out loud.

“Down boy.” Emmett said. “Michael, what about Ben?”

He’s got an early class tomorrow.”

“I don’t understand you Michael. Why would you want to go out looking at strange pecs when you’ve got a hunk like Ben at home? Honey if I were you I’d be at home every night gliding my balls along those washboard abs.” Emmett grinned.

“Yeah.” Ted swooned. “Did you two ever think of going in front of the camera?”

“Teddy.” Emmett frowned.

“I was just asking, it doesn’t hurt to ask.” Ted shrugged his shoulders innocently.

Emmett handed Ted his jacket, and motioned toward the door. “Come on Teddy, it’s almost
eight o’clock. I have to get showered, and changed before I go on. Have a good time at Babylon tonight sweetie.” He said to Michael.

Brian leaned back in Justin’s arms, and closed his eyes. “Don’t go to sleep, we haven’t eaten dinner yet.” Justin reminded him.

“Speak for yourself.” Brian smiled, and rubbed his belly.

Justin scrambled out of bed, and slipped into his robe. “I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about food, nourishment. Man does not live on cum alone.” he said.

Brian stretched, and rolled over onto his stomach. “This one does.” he begged to differ.

Justin shook his head. “Where’s the wine?”  he asked.

“Uh-oh, I forgot it.”

“You forgot it? Brian, you were right there, how did you forget? You did stop by the drug store didn’t you?”

Brian smiled, and batted his hazel eyes. “No, I didn’t stop. I couldn’t wait to get home to you baby.” he purred.

Justin wasn’t buying it. “Don’t try to charm your way out of this. Brian, you know you’re not suppose to let your blood pressure pills run out.”

“I know.” Brian covered his head with the pillow.

“They ran out yesterday.” Justin reminded him.

“I know, I promise I’ll pick them up tomorrow.”

“Brian....”

“Baby It’s cold outside.”

Justin removed the pillow from Brian’s head.

“Alright, I’ll go out into the freezing night, and pick up my prescription. Don’t come crying at my deathbed when I get pneumonia.” Brian fussed.

“Don’t forget the wine.” Justin added.

The Farmers Almanac had predicted an early frost. Brian zipped up his jacket, and cursed everyone, and everything for having to come back out into the unusually brisk October night. He walked two blocks to the drug store, and handed the pharmacist his empty medication bottle. “You know you shouldn’t wait until these run out before you come in for your refill.” the pharmacist scolded.

“So I’ve heard.” Brian said sarcastically.

“Maybe next time I could bring it over myself.” the pharmacist flirted.

“As I recall, you’ve already made one delivery.” Brian flirted back.

“I’d be happy to make a second one.”

“I’ll keep that in mind.”

“This will take about twenty minutes.” the pharmacist smiled.

Brian strutted off toward the liquor isle. Now what kind of wine did Justin say to get? He was scanning the shelves for his favorite label when he recognized a familiar face. “Ben, hi.” Brian smiled.

“Hello Brian.”

“What brings you out into the cold tonight, a sudden taste for zinfandel, or did you forget to pick up your prescription too?” Brian rubbed his chilled hands together.

Ben didn’t respond. He picked up a case of bottled water, and placed it in his cart.

“I talked to Michael earlier today, he’s all excited about “Pecs Of Death” tonight. Are you going?” Brian asked.

“I’m here to pick up some mineral water if you don’t mind.” Ben said coldly, then turned to leave.

Brian caught his arm. “Ben, is everything ok?” he asked.

“How long did you two think you could keep it from me Brian? Did you honestly think that I would never find out?” Michael’s boyfriend blurted out.

“What?”

“Don’t play coy Brian, it really doesn’t become you.” Ben growled. “You couldn’t be satisfied with fucking half of
Pittsburgh, myself included. Did you have to fuck Michael as well? You knew Michael, and I were in a relationship, but you didn’t care. You don’t give a shit about anybody but yourself. He’s supposed to be your best friend, you’re like brothers for Christ sake! What kind of sick, self serving, borderline incestuous, sexual predator are you?”

Brian’s heart skipped a beat, surely Michael hadn’t told Ben about the incident at the loft. Brian quickly decided to feign ignorance. “I’m sorry Ben, I....I don’t know...”

“You’re goddamn right you are, you’re the most sorry son of a bitch I know. Is there anyone that you won’t fuck Brian, any boundaries that you won’t cross? Poor Justin, does he know about you and Michael? Maybe someone should tell the kid that his boyfriend’s suppose-to-be best friend is really his fuck buddy.” Ben concluded before turning, and exiting the store.

“Mr. Kinney, your prescription is ready.” the pharmacist said.

Brian walked back to the loft, now oblivious of the October frost. What the hell was Mikey thinking, why would he tell Ben about what happened over a year ago? After all it only happened once, and that was during a fit of anger. Why would Michael risk his relationship with such a senseless confession? Brian’s stomach churned as he recalled the fateful incident. Indeed, fucking Michael had plummeted the man who offered no apologies, and no regrets to an all time low that even Brian himself was ashamed of. Ben was right, what would Justin think of him if he found out, worst yet what would Justin think if he found out from someone else? Brian told himself that he had nothing to worry about. Ben wasn’t the type to repeat something that would deliberately hurt anyone, or was he? Brian couldn’t take any chances. He concluded that he would have to tell Justin himself.

Brian slid the loft door open, and placed his jacket on the back of the leather chair behind his desk. “Hey!” Justin called from the kitchen area. “Michael just called, are we suppose to be going out tonight?” he asked.

Brian walked over to the refrigerator, and placed the wine in the freezer. He then walked over to the stove where Justin was scooping up pasta from the big pot. Brian removed the ladle, and dish from his baby’s hands, and laid them on the counter. Justin smiled as Brian wrapped his arms around his waist, and hugged him. “I love you.” Brian sighed.

“I love you too.” Justin beamed.

Brian took a deep breath. “Baby.”

“Yeah?”

Brian hesitated, as he searched for the right words to say.

“Is something wrong Brian?” Justin asked.

“No, everything’s fine baby.” Brian lied. “Let’s stay home tonight.” he said.
