Armageddon

(The author’s pick of the season.)

Justin rested his legs on Brian’s shoulders. “Fuck me daddy.” he whispered.

Brian smiled, and leaned in for a kiss. “Do you want me to fuck you bareback baby?”

“Yes, do it.” Justin panted.

Brian bypassed the bowl of condoms on the nightstand for the bottle of lube sitting next to it. He squirted the cool liquid along his baby’s tight opening before placing himself in position. He then leaned forward, forcing Justin’s legs even higher as he guided his dick into the teen’s smooth tunnel. “Ummmm.” Justin moaned.

Brian kissed his baby’s legs, and stroked his thighs as he waited for his young lover’s signal. He could feel Justin’s warm flesh pulsating around the head of his cock, as the teen slowly welcomed him inside. Brian found his baby’s mouth, and kissed him deeply, allowing their tongues to intertwine.  Justin closed his eyes, and emitted another soft moan. “Let me hear you baby.” Brian whispered.

“Ahhhh Brian.” The teen slowly rolled his hips to meet his lover’s strokes.

“That’s it baby.” Brian whispered.

“Ummmmmm Brian.”

“Yes baby.”

“Ooooh Brian. Brian...........Hey it’s me. Don’t forget “Woody’s” tonight after work. See ya.” Michael’s voice called out over Brian’s answering machine.

Brian lifted his head from the pillow, and rolled over onto his back. He looked at the bedside clock just as the deafening alarm began to sound.  Shit, why did Mikey always call just before those last few minutes of sleep?  Brian hit the snooze button, and attempted to rollover onto his belly for a few minutes more, but his dick got in the way. “Ouch! Oh shit.” he yelped.  Brian pulled back the covers to find his cock standing at full attention.  “You might as well just calm the fuck down.” he told it. “Justin’s not here, I guess he’s still mad at us.” Brian gave up on his last minute snooze, and turned the alarm button to the off position. He crawled out of bed, and looked at the wet stain on his sheet. He had to get a grip on himself. The dream was reoccurring more often now. What his body was craving was out of the question. It had been a mistake that happened only one time, and should never happen again. Still Brian could not forget the incredible feel of Justin raw.

Brian turned on the water, and stepped into the shower. It was Thursday, and Brian hadn’t spoken to his baby since their disagreement on Tuesday. After numerous attempts, Justin still wasn’t answering his phone. Brian told himself that the teen was still at Jennifer’s pouting about Tuesday’s “date night”, but the chance meeting with Tony Wednesday morning at the video store was still weighting heavily on his mind. Was it just a coincidence that Tony happened to be returning the same movie Justin had rented the night before? What about the microwave popcorn, and Mountain Dew, was that a coincidence too? And let’s not forget the sly smile on Tony’s face when he said goodbye. “Asshole, I should have broken his fucking jaw when I had the chance.” Brian fussed as he quickly finished his shower, dressed, and headed for work.

Kevin peeked his head inside of Brian’s office door. “Good morning angel.” he smiled.

“It’s customary to knock before entering a private office.” Brian said. “And don’t call me angel.”

“Oooh, somebody didn’t have his blonde this morning.” Kevin walked over, and took a seat in the leather chair across from Brian’s desk.

Brian ignored Kevin’s comment. “Is your presentation ready? Your colleagues will be here at two o’clock.” Brian reminded him.

“My presentation is always ready.” Kevin grinned. “How was your emergency, Is everything ok now?”

“Everything’s fine. I’m sorry you had to work without me yesterday.” Brian said.

“No problem, I took the day off too. It gave me time to visit with some old friends.”

“You mean the tearoom on “Canal Street”?”

“Among others.” Kevin grinned. “I missed you at “Babylon” Tuesday night. I was hoping to run into you, and Justin there. We could have had our little party.”

Brian didn’t reply, he began to open the letters on his desk.

“I was there with my friend.” Kevin said. “He made out much better than I did though, you should see the gorgeous little twinkie he took home. I think it was your Justin.”

Brian continued to open his mail. “Justin wasn’t at “Babylon” Tuesday night.” he said without looking up.

“Where was he?”

“That’s none of your business.”

“Apparently it’s not your business either if you think Justin was sitting at home Tuesday night. I’d swear this kid I met in my friend’s room yesterday morning was your Justin. He fits your boy’s description to a tee, young, blonde, very fair skin, with gorgeous blue eyes, not to mention he said his name was Justin.”

“Give your fantasies a rest Kev, you’re not going to meet Justin.” Brian said.

“I’m telling you Brian, I already did.”

“Kevin, there’s a least a hundred blue eyed, blonde twinks at “Babylon” on any given night, and god knows how many of them are named Justin. Now will you please get the fuck out of my office. Don’t you have something you can be doing until your boys get here?”

“Sure, I’ve got a few hours to kill. I can always go back to “The Plaza”, and party with Justin and Tony.” Kevin stood to leave.

Brian looked up from his paperwork. “Tony?”

“Yeah, my friend’s name is Anthony Massey, but everyone calls him Tony. He met me at “Babylon” on Tuesday night, but he skipped out on me. Now I know why.” Kevin grinned. “I expected your Justin to be beautiful, but you didn’t tell me about that gorgeous smile. How old did you say he was again? He looked like a baby bundled up in Tony’s robe.”

“Brian, “Jupiter Electronics” is waiting for you in conference room two.” Cynthia announced over the speaker phone.

“Oooooooh.” Justin moaned.

“Try to relax princess, and it won’t hurt so much.” Tony said.

“Alright.” Justin winced. “Oooooh, Tony.”

“I’m sorry princess, I’m being as gentle as I can. Do you want me to stop?”

“No, don’t stop. Ahhhh!”

“Maybe we should call a doctor.” Tony suggested.

“No.” Justin objected.

Justin laid on his back with one leg propped up on Tony’s shoulder. The older man gently massaged the teen’s knee, and slowly worked his way down Justin’s aching thigh. “Why didn’t you tell me that you’ve never been on a horse before?”

“I wanted to try it. Ouch!”

“I would have gotten you a gentler horse had I known you’ve never ridden.”

“I’m not a little sissy.” Justin frowned.

Tony removed Justin’s right leg, and reached for the left one. He bit his bottom lip to keep from laughing. “You sure looked like a little sissy when your ass hit the ground. I’ve never seen anyone turn a flip over the horse’s head before.” he said.

“Yeah, but I got right back on again.” Justin said smugly.

“And he threw your ass right back off again.” Tony snickered.

“I’m glad you’re finding this amusing.” Justin said. “Don’t make me laugh, it hurts.”

Tony began to laugh. “I’m sorry princess, but you didn’t see the look on the horse’s face. He was trying to figure out what the hell you were doing.” Tony rolled.

“I told you it hurts when I laugh.” Justin held his side, and cackled. “I’m going to get you back for this, you know that. Just wait until we go back to “Six Flags”. I’m going to put your ass back on the “Screaming Eagle” again.  We’ll see who’s a sissy then.”

“I’m not getting back up there.” Tony said between breaths.

“Yes you are.”

Tony tried to regain control. “Come on princess, you’ll feel better after the Jacuzzi, and a couple of Tylenol.” he smiled.

Justin’s eyes caught a flicker of red light as he was crawling out of the bed. “It’s my phone.” he said. Justin picked it up, and checked out the caller ID. “It’s Brian.”

The smile vanished from Tony’s face. “Don’t answer it.” he ordered.

“I didn’t answer it all day yesterday, he’s going to think something’s wrong.”

Tony took the flickering phone from Justin’s hand, and laid it back on the nightstand. “I don’t give a damn what he thinks. Come on, let’s get you in the water.” he said.

Brian muddled through his meeting on instinct. He tried to mentally scan the Tuesday night crowd that was at Babylon, hoping to recall someone who even remotely looked like Justin. Brian’s mind was coming up blank. Indeed what set Brian’s baby apart from all of the other fair haired, blue eyed twinks at Babylon was Justin’s signature smile, and his shockingly young appearance. Still Brian refused to believe that it was his baby that Kevin had seen in Tony’s suite. Maybe this was just another one of Kevin’s ploys to get his hands on Justin. Brian informed Cynthia that he would be taking an early lunch, then set out to disprove the obvious.

His first stop was Jennifer’s, a place he now considered to be hostile territory. While Brian was never considered a welcomed addition to the family, his ratings had dropped even lower since the White Party Showdown.  Now he was barely tolerated. Brian hesitated before ringing the bell. He finally pushed it, then stepped back. Molly answered the door.

“Oh, it’s you. Justin’s not here.” Molly said dryly, even before Brian could inquire.

“Who is it Molly!” Jennifer called.

“It’s just Brian!” Molly called back.

Jennifer came to the door. “What is it Brian?”

“Hello Jennifer, Justin’s not answering his cell phone. I thought maybe he was here.”

“I haven’t seen him, I thought he was with you.” she said. “Is something wrong?”

“No, he’s probably at the loft. I haven’t been home yet.” Brian said. Shit, that was the wrong thing to say.

“Didn’t he spend the night with you?” Jennifer asked.

“No, I mean..., well we kind of had a disagreement.” Brian stammered. “He said he was going to spend the night here.”

“Did you make him cry again?”

“Molly, shhh! Go, and finish what you were doing.” Jennifer ordered.

Molly rolled her eyes at Brian as she turned to go back to her chores.  “Maybe he’s with Tony, at least he doesn’t make Justin cry.” Brian heard the brat mumble.

Jennifer’s eyes narrowed as she looked at Brian. “I haven’t seen him.” she said. “What have you done to him this time?”

Brian stepped back. “It wasn’t anything serious, he’s probably at the loft.” he lied.

“I want to know if you can’t find him. Do you understand me Brian?” Jennifer said.

“It’s nothing serious.“ Brian lied again. “I’ll tell him to call you.”

Brian got back into the jeep. Even the little brat knew about Tony’s involvement with Justin, and Jennifer didn’t blink an eye when Tony’s name had been mentioned. Brian theorized that if Justin’s family knew of Tony, that could only mean one thing, Anthony Massey had meant much more to Brian’s baby than Justin had admitted. Now Brian could only wonder how long their affair had gone on, and even more importantly, if it ever ended. Brian pulled out his cell phone, and dialed Justin’s number again. The teen still wasn’t answering. The game was over, Brian turned the jeep around, and headed for The Plaza.

Justin closed his eyes, and leaned back in the warm swirling water.  “Ummmmm.” he sighed.

Tony sat beside the tub, and dipped his hand in the bubbles. “You’re lucky you didn’t break something.” he said.

“It was worth it.” Justin opened his eyes, and looked at Tony. “I had a great time Tony, thank you for my day.” he said.

“I’m glad you had fun princess.” Tony said. “Justin, I need to talk to you about something.”

“Anything handsome.” Justin smiled.

“Yesterday when I asked you about the places you like to go on your dates, you couldn’t tell me any. Doesn’t Brian ever take you out?”

“Sure he takes me out. I told you he takes me to......”

“I know, I know.” Tony interrupted. “He takes you to “Babylon”, sometimes he takes you out to eat, and sometimes he takes you shopping. Where else Justin?”

“What do you mean?”

Tony attempted to clarify his question. “I know you like art, that’s why I took to you to the “New Artists” exhibit in Chicago. I know you like rollercoasters, so we spent the day at “Six Flags”. We saw the new “Planet of The Apes” together, because you like sci-fi movies. We flew to New Orleans for dinner because you love sea food. Where does Brian take you besides to “Babylon”, and to bed?”

“Brian doesn’t do dates.” Justin said.

“He just does “date nights”.” Tony replied.

Justin’s face went pale. “Date nights”, what you’re talking about?”

“I know about your “date nights” Justin, everybody at “Babylon” knows about them. Everyone knows that on Tuesday nights you allow Brian to pick out guys to come home with him to fuck you.”

“That’s not true.”

“Come on Justin. The two of you are known as the royal couple of “Babylon”.”

Justin scrambled out of the tub, and put on his robe. “I don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about.” he said. He headed to the bedroom with Tony in hot pursuit.

“How many “date night” fucks have there been Justin?” Tony demanded.

“That only happened a few times.” Justin lied before taking the defense.

“Besides, what business is it of yours, or anybody else’s what Brian and I

do?” The teens hands trembled as he attempted to tie his robe.

“You made it my business eight months ago when you came to me, and asked me to be your lover. Let’s see if I remember correctly. You said Brian likes to fuck a lot of guys, but you don’t. You said you wanted to be with me. Did I hear you correctly?”

“I know what I said.”

“Then what the fuck are you doing Justin? It’s bad enough that I play second to a backroom whore. That’s as far as I’m going princess, I’m not standing in a gang bang line.”

“It’s not what you think, it’s...it’s just one, maybe....maybe two guys. It’s not...It’s wasn’t my... It was Brian’s idea.” Justin stammered.

“Brian’s idea, what about you Justin? What about your ideas? Is that what your idea of fun is, getting fucked by whatever Brian drags home for the evening?”

Once again the red light on Justin’s cell phone began to flicker. Justin stretched across the bed to the nightstand to pick it up. This time Tony caught the teen’s wrist, and twisted it back. He snatched the phone from Justin’s hand, and threw it across the room, shattering it against the wall.  “You’re not going to talk to that whore from my bed!” Tony yelled. “What the fuck do you think I am Justin, one of your goddamn Tuesday night tricks!”

Justin pulled his arm away, and looked at Tony. “What makes you so goddamn self-righteous? You think I don’t know that you’re fucking other guys? What makes you think you’re better than anybody else? The way I see it there’s not much difference between you and Brian. He gives me away, you buy me.”

Tony’s voice lowered to a tone Justin had never heard before. “Don’t flatter yourself little boy.” he growled. “If you’re referring to your tuition, I’ve blown more money than that at the crap tables in thirty minutes. I paid your tuition because I can, and because I happen to care about you. Don’t you dare insult me by insinuating that I would pay for your tight little ass.”

Justin turned away from Tony’s gaze. “I’m sorry Tony, I didn’t mean that.” he said.

“Yes you did, you meant exactly what you said.” Tony walked over to the bedroom bar, and poured himself a drink. He took a long swallow, then turned and looked at Justin. “I’m a forty two year old successful, pissy rich, businessman, who happens to be gay, and I won’t apologize to you, or anybody else for that.” Tony began. “I’ve worked hard, and I’ve achieved a lot, including acceptance, and respect in a mainstream world that would kill me, just as quickly as they’d shake my hand. I’ve done that by not only being the best at what I do, but by also carrying myself in a manner befitting a man of my stature. Sure I fuck a lot of guys, but I don’t trick in public toilets. I don’t drop my pants in alleys, and backrooms to get my dick sucked. I don’t hang out at the baths, and I don’t stand, or bottom for gang bangs. That’s your thing Justin, not mine. Call it self-righteous if you like, I call it self-respect.”

Tony walked over to the sofa, and gathered up Justin’s clothes. He brought them over to the bed, and laid them next to the teen before leaning over, and kissing Justin ever so lightly on the forehead. “I can show you the world that you deserve princess, but I can’t make you believe that you deserve it. Brian has taught you well.” he said.

Justin watched as Tony stood up, and began walking toward the bedroom door.  “I’m going downstairs princess.” he said. “When I come back I want you out of my bed, out of my place, and out of my life.”

“Tony wait!” Justin called to him.

“Your car will be waiting out front.” Tony said without looking back.

Tony was sitting in The Plaza lobby when Brian came through the revolving doors. He watched as Brian walked over to the reception desk, and inquired.  “I’d like to speak to Anthony Massey please.” Brian said.

Tony looked over at the two private elevators that traveled to the penthouse floor. One was headed up, presumably to pick up Justin. The teen was going to run right into Brian if Tony didn’t do something. Tony reached for his cell phone, only to remember that he left it upstairs. He hurried over to the house phone and called security. His orders were quick, and simple. Go to penthouse four immediately, and escort his guest to the private exit, also have the limo pulled around for transport. Tony hung up the phone, and hoped he wasn’t too late. Now he had to divert Brian’s attention.

Tony walked over, and greeted him. “Brian, to what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?”

“I’m here for Justin.” Brian said.

“Justin? What makes you think he’s here?” Tony forced a smile. “Can’t you keep up with your own boy Brian?” Tony looked over Brian’s shoulder at the elevator light as it descended the floors. The car would be arriving at ground level any second now. Tony nervously watched as the doors slowly opened, and the hotel’s house detective stepped out of the empty car. She gave him the all clear signal.

“Do you know where he is?” Brian asked.

The empty elevator car had taken away Tony’s speech. It was official now, his princess was gone, and Tony could feel himself crumbling. Brian’s eyes never wavered from Tony face, as he waited for an answer. The cardinal rule of Tony, and Justin’s relationship had been that Brian should never find out, and until now Tony had managed to keep his promise. Fearing that his voice would betray his emotions, Tony bit his bottom lip, and shook his head. No.

The two men stood eye to eye for an eternity, as both tried desperately to hide their breaking hearts. Finally Brian found the courage to ask the one question he feared most. “You love him don’t you?” He had to ask.

Again Tony shook his head, no. “Answer me!” Brian demanded.

Tony opened his mouth to say no, to deny his princess one last time, but now with all of his shields down, he couldn’t hide his feelings any longer. With his voice barely above a whisper, Tony conceded. “Yes, I love him very much.”

The older man’s words shot through Brian’s heart like a 357 Magnum, taking his breath away, and sending him reeling. This time it was Brian who couldn’t speak. He took two steps back, his eyes never leaving Tony’s. Mortally wounded, Brian slowly turned around, and exited The Plaza.

One should never ask a question if you’re not prepared to accept the answer.  “I love him very much.” Tony’s answer kept repeating in Brian’s mind. How he managed to hold it together in front of Tony was nothing less than a miracle. Brian didn’t remember exiting The Plaza, crossing the busy street to the parking garage, or how he found the jeep. He climbed inside, and sat forever with his fingers frozen to the key in the ignition. Brian closed his eyes, and did a quick mental damage control sweep. All systems were failing, he was definitely not ok.

The jeep drove itself back to Vanguard Advertising, where Cynthia stopped him as he headed for his office. “Brian, where have you been? It’s after two o’clock.” she said. “Brown Athletics” is in conference room one. Kevin, and Mr. Vance are already inside.” Cynthia looked at the blank expression on Brian’s face. “Boss, are you ok?”

“I’m fine.” Brian lied.

Gardner Vance was at the podium when Brian, and Cynthia discretely slipped inside. Brian took his seat behind Kevin at the long conference room table, and as usual Cynthia sat behind her boss. Gardner acknowledged Brian’s presence from the podium. “It’s good to see my PARTNER has arrived.” he said. “I’ll turn this meeting over to Kevin, and Brian now.”

Kevin took the podium amidst the applauses of Brown Athletics top brass. “I can’t tell you what a gratifying, and productive experience this has been, and I owe it all to the genius of my brilliant PARTNER Brian Kinney.” he began.

“Hey PARTNER, how was your day?” Justin’s voice infiltrated Brian’s mind.  Brian forced a smiled in acknowledgement of his applauses, then tried to concentrate as Kevin began the final presentation for Brown Athletics new fall line. Brian shifted in his seat, as Kevin’s voice was once again drowned out, this time by Michael’s warning/prediction. “You’re going to get hurt Brian.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better PARTNER......Kevin continued.

“Good morning PARTNER.” Brian could still hear Justin’s voice in his head.  He placed his elbow on the conference room table, and leaned over, allowing his forehead to rest in his hand. The tears began to well in his eyes.  Cynthia leaned over, and whispered in his ear. “Are you ok boss?” she asked again.

Brian nodded his head, yes, and straightened up in his chair. He tried to blot out the events of the morning, but his defenses were depleted. He had used them all up as not to crumble in front of Tony. Now helpless, Brian’s heart was breaking before a live audience. “Stand up PARTNER, and take a bow.” Kevin looked at Brian, and smiled.

“Hey PARTNER.” Brian heard his baby whisper. Once again the top brass of  Brown Athletics began their applauses. They watched in bewilderment as Vanguard’s Cleo award winning add man stood up, and bolted from conference room one. The commotion drew the attention of nearby associates, who looked up from their desks, and peeped around their cubicles. Many still remembered Brian’s collapse last year, and feared he was having a second heart attack.  They followed him.

Brian made it to the washroom, and quickly locked himself inside one of the stalls. He leaned his back against the door. “Oh god.” he whispered as the tears streamed down his face.

“Everyone please stand back!” Gardner ordered, as the washroom began to fill. “Everything is under control.” he said. “Please go back to your work.”

“I know CPR!” someone called out.

“Get back!” Cynthia pushed her way through the crowd to the stall door.  “Brian, do you need an ambulance?”

“No.” Brian tried to catch his breath.

“I said get back!” Cynthia yelled at the uncooperative crowd.

Kevin remained in conference room one, where he attempted to smooth over the unfortunate event with Brown Athletics. “Mr. Kinney’s been under a lot of stress. He was called away yesterday on a family emergency.” he told them

Gardner finally cleared the washroom of onlookers, then placed himself at sentry outside of the washroom door. Cynthia stayed inside, with Brian. She could hear him softly sobbing inside the stall. She placed her hand on the stall door. “It’s just us now boss. Please let me in.” she said gently.

Cynthia stood back as Brian slowly opened the stall door, and melted into his assistant’s arms.
