Something Wet, Something Hot, Something Sweet

"Hey."

"Hey."

"Christ, you're soaked!" Brian exclaimed when he saw the state of Justin.

"Tell me about it," Justin mumbled.

"Why didn't you call me, I could've picked you up?"

"I wanted to get some fresh air and the rain just kinda crept up on me."

"I can see that."

Justin stuck his tongue out at Brian.

"Now, hurry up to the bathroom before you'll ruin the floors with all that water."

Justin rolled his eyes. "You and your precious floors."

"Well these weren't cheap."

Justin gave Brian a light slap on his arm.

"Ouch! Besides, these are kinda our floors."

"Awww... I love it when you get all romantic."

Brian raised his brows. "To the bathroom. Now."

"Okay okay. You're gonna help me?"

"No, I need to dry the floors."

"Our floors," Justin sighed happily.

"What?"

"Nothing," Justin said and disappeared into the bathroom.

********************************

When Justin came out of the bathroom, he found Brian sitting on the bed - fully clothed though. Justin gave Brian a questioning look so Brian padded the empty place next to him. Justin got the hint and got under the covers.

"Here," Brian said handing Justin a mug.

"What's this? Is this hot chocolate?"

"Yeah."

"You made me hot chocolate?"

Brian just shrugged.

"You can actually make hot chocolate?"

"Even I can mix milk and hot chocolate powder."

Justin smiled. "Thanks." Justin took a sip. "Mmm, this is good. But you know, something's missing."

"Oh, what's that?"

"Marshmallows."

"Marshmallows?"

"Yeah, you can't have hot chocolate without marshmallows."

"Those aren't nothing but sugar. Besides, we don't have any."

Justin looked a little guilty. "Actually..."

Brian knew that look. He closed his eyes briefly, gave a sigh and asked: "Okay, where?"

"In the cupboard under the sink," Justin said.

Brian got up and went to the kitchen.

'Sweets for my sweet. Damn, that was close; I need to be more careful or I might say something incriminating out loud,' Brian thought as he was walking back to the bedroom.

"Here's your 350,000 calories," Brian said handing Justin the marshmallow bag.

"Brian."

"Okay okay, just don't make me eat them."

"They're not lethal you know."

"Yes they are."

Justin just rolled his eyes.

"Mmm... this is so good," Justin mumbled.

"Don't speak with your mouth full."

When Justin was finished eating and drinking, he put the mug on the nightstand and turned to Brian. "Thank you Brian."

Brian didn't say anything, he just shrugged nonchalantly.

Justin smiled and gave Brian a gentle kiss and made himself comfortable in Brian's arms.

Brian stroked Justin's damp hair and thought for the millionth time how lucky he was. A few minutes later they were both asleep.
